Returns

You can request to return all products purchased on Larollofficial.com, including products on sale, up to 14 days after receiving your order.

Products that have been personalised, customised, monogrammed, or tailored to your specifications are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Please ensure the product you return is in its original condition, unused with all tags attached, invoice and packaging (including cartons, dust bags, labels etc.) intact. Otherwise, we will be unable to accept your return and issue a full refund.Please note that customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item.

Process:

-Submit your Return Request within 14 days of receiving your order. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

-Once your return has been approved you can choose one of the carriers we mention below depending on your location and deliver the package .

EU countries: You may return using your preferred carrier like DHL, FedEx, UPS or the  postal service (registered tracking required).
Non-EU countries: Returns must be made via DHL or FedEx only.
• We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our return policy conditions.

Leather Bags – Packaging Guidelines for Returns

When returning a leather bag, please ensure that it is not folded or compressed during packaging. Leather is a natural material and can develop permanent wrinkles or creases if not handled properly.

To avoid damage:

Place the bag in its original shape

Use the original dust bag and packaging and place it securely to protect its structure

If a returned item arrives folded, creased, or damaged due to improper packaging, we will unfortunately not be able to issue a full refund.

We appreciate your care in helping us preserve the quality of our products.

Return Shipment Notification

Once you hand the package over to the carrier, please email us at info@larollofficial.com with the tracking number and the name of the carrier you used to send the return. This helps us monitor your return and process your refund more efficiently.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days of receiving your return. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been reviewed and the refund issued. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at checkout. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different style, color, or size, simply return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
