You can request to return all products purchased on Larollofficial.com, including products on sale, up to 30 days after receiving your order.

Products that have been personalised, customised, monogrammed, or tailored to your specifications are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Please ensure the product you return is in its original condition, unused with all tags attached, invoice and packaging (including cartons, dust bags, labels etc.) intact. Otherwise, we will be unable to accept your return and issue a full refund.Please note that customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item.

All shipping costs, duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.

Process:

-Submit your Return Request within 30 days of receiving your order. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

-After your return is approved, you may use one of the carriers listed below—DHL, FedEx, or UPS—to send the package back to us from your location. Once you have shipped your parcel, kindly share the tracking number with us by email at info@larollofficial.com. This helps us monitor your return and process your refund more efficiently.

Leather Bags – Packaging Guidelines for Returns

When returning a leather bag, please ensure that it is not folded or compressed during packaging. Leather is a natural material and can develop permanent wrinkles or creases if not handled properly.

To avoid damage:

• Place the bag in its original shape.

• Use the original dust bag and packaging and place it securely to protect its structure.

If a returned item arrives folded, creased, or damaged due to improper packaging, we will unfortunately not be able to issue a full refund.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 1–3 working days of receiving your return. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been reviewed and the refund issued. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at checkout. Please note that all shipping costs, duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.These charges are collected and remitted to shipping providers and relevant authorities at the time of shipment, and are therefore not eligible for reversal or reimbursement, even in the case of returns, refused deliveries, or cancellations after dispatch.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different style, color, or size, simply return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
